shipping methods

 

CAROLDU delivers orders all over the world.

Shipments are made on working days only. There are no shipments on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays (in Portugal).

Delivery times are described in the choice of color for each item.

If you choose two items with different delivery times, always consider the one with the highest value. If you would like to receive the items separately, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will provide you with instructions to pay the additional shipping costs.

CAROLDU is not responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control. Once orders have been shipped, it will not be possible to change the delivery address, so make sure you fill in the correct address at checkout.

If the chosen payment method is bank transfer, the order will only be sent after confirmation and validation of the payment in our bank account.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs for each geographic area are calculated at checkout.

 

International orders may be subject to customs or import fees once they arrive in the destination country. TO CAROLDU  is not responsible for paying these charges and these must be paid by the customer who receives the order. Unfortunately, CAROLDU has no control over these charges and, as they vary from country to country, we are unable to advise you at checkout about these amounts.

Please note that if, for any reason, the customer refuses delivery of the order or is unavailable to receive it, the shipping costs and import fees related to the automatic return of the order to the sender will be charged to the customer._cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

This amount will be deducted from the total value of the parts to be refunded.

We advise you to choose an address where there is someone to receive the order during the day, as we cannot schedule a time for delivery.

If the order is not delivered to the address indicated in the order confirmation because there is no one to receive it, CAROLDU  is not responsible. We will issue a refund for your order once the order has been returned to us.

CAROLDU is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transport.

Please,Please carefully check all your shipping information before completing your order. CAROLDU is not responsible for lost orders due to wrong address, telephone, port number and/or other incorrect shipping information.
