Exchanges and returns​

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate an exchange or return, please fill out this form.

​

Once completed, you must print it out and place it inside the CAROLDU packaging along with the item you wish to exchange/return. The item must be in perfect condition and unused, with the label and in its original box. The shipping cost of the exchange/return is borne by the customer.

You must also send us an e-mail to caroldu@caroldu.com indicating that you wish to return or exchange an item.

Once we receive the items and confirm that they are in perfect condition, we will send the new items (at no additional cost) or issue a refund.

​

Refunds will be made in the same manner as payment made at the time of purchase.
